 The package is carefully laid in front of you. You can tell by the way the box is bulging the gift is enormous. You wonder how it was ever stuffed into the container; nevertheless, the package is beautiful! You glance around; everyone’s eyes are fixed upon you. Everyone is smiling, eagerly waiting for you to open the gift. Your heart is racing, your hands are perspiring with anticipation, and you can hardly wait to see what the gift could be.
The greatest gift you can ever receive, if you have not already received it, is to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of your life. Jesus loves you and has an incredible plan for your life. We at Covington, First Church of God believe that when allowing Jesus into your life, it is important to become involved with a body of believers that is firmly rooted in God’s Word.
